At Netenders, we are looking for a Sales Representative for our Spanish and Catalan speaking markets. We need someone who likes to interact in an international environment, and who wants to work in a challenging, high-growth environment.

As a Sales representative, you will:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships across Spain, with a strong focus on Barcelona and the Catalan market.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
- Reach out to new prospects through multichannel (cold calls, emails, etc.) in order to create new collaborations and expand our network, particularly for the growth of our product catalog and market share in Spain.
- Analyze the potential of the territory/market, track sales, and provide regular reports on performance.
- Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Actively monitor competitors to identify market trends related to pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Meet clients in person, either at the office or external locations, to strengthen relationships and discuss collaboration opportunities.
You will perform if you have the following:
- 1+ year of relevant experience in Sales, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Fluent in Spanish and Catalan (written and spoken).
- Good level of English.
- Proactive and sales-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to analyze numbers and metrics to drive sales performance.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in handling objections.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
