Account Manager - French speaker

At NETENDERS, we are expanding our team and are looking for an Account manager to join our French-speaking team!
We need someone who likes to interact in an international environment, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment.

As an Account Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Serve as point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring their needs are met and managing the entire order and follow-up process.
- Focus on customer retention by maintaining regular contact with clients, following up on orders, and addressing concerns.
- Reach out to potential clients to grow the network, balancing both prospecting and account management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within your client portfolio to boost revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of products.
- Monitor and report on account performance, offering insights into client behavior and market trends.
You will perform if you have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, customer relationship management, or a sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French and an intermediate level of English; additional languages are welcome.
- A client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to understanding and addressing client needs.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
