Sales Representative - US & Canada Market

At Netenders, we are looking for a new Sales Representative for the US & Canada market. We need someone who likes to interact in an international environment, and who wants to work in a challenging high-growth environment.

As a Sales representative, you will:
Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, actively prospecting potential clients to expand the customer base.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and position tailored solutions that drive sales.
Serve as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring their needs are met and managing the entire order and follow-up process.
Maintain regular outreach to clients to ensure satisfaction, strengthen loyalty, and secure repeat business.
Manage the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and proposal to closing the deal and post-sale follow-up.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of products.
Monitor and report on account performance, offering insights into client behavior and market trends.
You will perform if you have the following:
+2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management or customer relationship management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Native/fluent in English ; a good level of French is a plus. Any other language is more than welcome!
Proactive and sales-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Ability to analyze numbers and metrics to drive sales performance.
Strong communication skills and confidence in handling objections.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and basic graphic design literacy
Availability to work afternoon shifts (14:00–23:00), as these align with the operational hours of the target market
