Product and Order Specialist

As our customized products business continues to grow, we're looking for a Production & Order Success Specialist to become the operational backbone of our Sales team. In this role, you'll take ownership of customer orders once the sale is closed, ensuring every project is produced accurately, delivered on time, and exceeds customer expectations.
If you're highly organized, enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders, solving operational challenges, and making things happen behind the scenes, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Own customer orders from Sales handover through to successful delivery.
Coordinate production with suppliers, printers, and manufacturers.
Monitor timelines, priorities, and order progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage inventory issues, backorders, and identify alternative solutions when needed.
Coordinate artwork approvals, mockups, and production-ready files.
Act as the main operational contact for suppliers and production partners.
Resolve production, quality, and delivery issues quickly and effectively.
Keep Sales teams informed on order status and potential risks.
Drive continuous improvements to production processes and workflows.
Help deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring every order is accurate, timely, and meets expectations.
Communicate directly with customers when needed to provide updates, resolve production-related issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You will likely be successful if you:
Are fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
Have previous experience in project coordination, production, operations, supply chain, customer success, or order management.
Are exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Are proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable making decisions.
Have strong attention to detail and enjoy improving processes.
Remain calm under pressure and can effectively manage changing priorities.
Have experience working with suppliers or production partners (a strong plus).
Have basic knowledge of artwork, printing, branding, or customization processes (an advantage, but not essential).

💰 Salary: €26,000 - €28,000 gross/year, depending on experience
